Kirk, a co-founder of Turning Point USA and ally of former President Donald Trump, was fatally shot at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025. The statue at TPUSA’s headquarters honors his legacy. A second statue, seen in Utah, is reportedly being moved to TPUSA’s Arizona headquarters.
