Analysis
- This race centers on name recognition and the legacy of Lindsey Graham, with Darline Graham Nordone leveraging the family name and Trump endorsement to advance.
- The competition pits high-profile challengers (Norman and Fry) against Nordone, creating a crowded field that could fragment the GOP base ahead of the general election.
- Trump's influence looms large, as endorsements and the presidential wing of the party shape fundraising and turnout.
- Watch for how the timing of funerals and memorials compresses campaigning, potentially benefiting well-funded or well-connected candidates who can maintain visibility in a short window.
