British YouTuber and musician facing trial on six charges
The 30-year-old entertainer, Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, faces six counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one count of choking in a September 2024 Perth hotel incident. The accuser, aged 20 at the time, is unnamed. Barrientos has testified he did not slap or choke the woman, acknowledging bite marks and describing a “love bite” while denying coercion. The jury is deliberating after closing statements.
