Austrian Airlines flight OS82 has been diverted to Sofia, Bulgaria, after a bomb threat was received near Romanian airspace. The MiG-29 escorted the Airbus A320 to safety, and a security search is under way. Passengers and crew have disembarked and will be rebooked once the search concludes. Authorities are investigating the incident.
