The defence ministry has reported an explosion at an army site in Deir Ezzor. The blast has killed 11 or more soldiers and wounded several as authorities investigate the incident. A funeral procession for the martyrs has been held, following another recent arms-depot explosion in Idlib and previous incidents at military sites.
