Capital Theatres runs major venues in Scotland and just oversaw King’s Theatre reopening after a £41m revamp
The King’s Theatre in Edinburgh has reopened after a near-four-year closure and a £41 million refurbishment. The project has modernised the historic Edwardian venue, improving accessibility, adding a level stage, an extended fly tower, a new café and a creative engagement studio, and doubling hospitality capacity. Test events have been held and thousands have signed up for tours.
