Two best friends, Maddalyn Dailey and Isabell Hill, were killed when a Camaro struck their car at 117 mph in Victorville on Aug. 14. Terry Lamar Easter, 50, has been charged with two counts of murder, willful cruelty to a child, and speed contest. Easter allegedly fled the scene, leaving his 8-year-old son in the vehicle; he later surrendered after a nationwide warrant.
