Two men, Jeremy Morrison and Kyle Bylin, have learned they were swapped at birth at Unity Medical Center in North Dakota in 1988. DNA tests linked them to each other’s biological families. The hospital denies responsibility, saying records from the era no longer exist. The men and their families have filed a lawsuit seeking damages and accountability.
