The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Florida’s 2024 law restricting minors’ social-media use is likely constitutional in a content-neutral format. The ruling overturns an injunction issued in 2025 and sends the case back to federal court in Tallahassee for further proceedings.
