Toby Samuel and Arthur Fery have given Great Britain a 2-0 lead over Ecuador on day one of the Davis Cup qualifier at the Copper Box. Samuel, replacing the injured Cameron Norrie, wins 4-6, 6-4, 6-1 against Andres Andrade. Fery follows with a 7-5, 6-0 win over Alvaro Guillén Meza. The hosts now eye a spot in the knockout stage.
