A 45-year-old man has been charged with murder after the death of GP Dr Hannah Cain in Dersingham, Norfolk. The investigation follows the discovery of she and her husband at their Fern Hill home on an early October night. The husband, Mark Cain, remains in custody as prosecutors prepare for a forthcoming court appearance.
