Spanish on-demand delivery firm, Barcelona-based, connects customers with couriers and local businesses
Uber has offered €41.50 per Delivery Hero share in a deal valuing the company at $14.8 billion. The all-stock transaction would expand Uber Eats across 99 countries and increase the overlap with its ride-hailing business. Regulators will scrutinize competition; 14 markets will be divested to SSW Partners to satisfy antitrust concerns. The deal is expected to close in H2 2027.
