Vincent Brown, a 65-year-old doctor, has been charged in the UK with conduct ancillary to genocide and six counts of murder as crimes against humanity for killings linked to Rwanda's 1994 genocide. The case marks the first such prosecution in Britain and follows a seven-year UK investigation.
