Alphabet has announced a leadership overhaul in its AI division: Demis Hassabis will move to chairman and chief scientist of Alphabet as Koray Kavukcuoglu leads DeepMind day-to-day; Jeff Dean and Sanjay Ghemawat are launching Discovery Loop with Alphabet investing.
