American writer, educator, and dean of the Columbia Journalism School
Columbia Journalism School has announced that Alfonsi and Pelley will serve as Journalists in Residence for the upcoming academic year. The appointments, following a high-profile shake-up at 60 Minutes, will have the pair mentoring students, lecturing and contributing to the Columbia Journalism Review. Dean Jelani Cobb says the move provides students access to decades of investigative reporting.
