Amazon has paused operations with 21 Air, the carrier involved in a fatal Sept. 6 crash in Miami, as the NTSB and other agencies investigate. The crash killed five people in a van near the runway; pilots warned they were coming in too fast. 21 Air had been operating for Amazon since 2024.
