Lee Milne, 40, received an eight-year sentence for culpable homicide after his wife, Kimberley Milne, 28, jumped from a Dundee bridge in 2023 following an 18-month campaign of domestic abuse. The case is the first in Scotland to hold a partner criminally responsible for a victim's suicide.
