Derek Parker Aghnaanga has survived after clinging to the top of a capsized skiff for more than two days near St. Lawrence Island. His older brother and a cousin died after the boat capsized during a halibut trip. Coast Guard and Northwest Explorer crews coordinated a rescue; the survivor is recovering with his family in Nome.
