Former West Ham and Czech Republic goalkeeper Ludek Mikloško has died at the age of 64 after a battle with cancer. He is remembered for his late-1990s heroics, including a 1995 “siege” against Manchester United, and for his long association with West Ham and Baník Ostrava. West Ham will honor him at upcoming fixtures.
