A city police department in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, led by Chief Jeffrey B. Norman since 2020.
The 1949 Picasso Torero print, one of 30 known to exist, has been recovered in Milwaukee. It was stolen in 2018 from DeLind Fine Art Appraisals. A community member turned it in to police, who confirmed its identity and returned it to the gallery. The case may face statute limitations and no charges have been announced.
