Federal judge has halted DHS voter-fraud investigations in multiple states ahead of the midterm elections, citing errors in data and risk of voter intimidation. California Nurses Association and partners filed the suit. The order covers California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington and Wisconsin, with the ruling effective through Election Day.
