Ancient geoglyphs in Peru and a current aviation tragedy surrounding them
A small passenger plane carrying 13 people, including 11 foreign tourists and two crew, has crashed near Nazca, Peru, killing all aboard. The aircraft was operated by Aerodiana and had departed from Ica/Pisco for a sightseeing flight over the Nazca Lines. Authorities are investigating the cause amid strong winds that had disrupted flights earlier in the day.
