Peru's right-wing Fujimorist party led by Keiko Fujimori
A 45-year-old candidate named Hitler Mussolini Simeon Flores has won the mayoralty of Queropalca in Peru’s Huánuco region, securing 229 of 663 votes on 4 October and beating his nearest rival by 25 votes. Flores will take office on 1 January and has previously belonged to the Popular Force party.
