The Gaza Cinema Academy has launched at the Venice Film Festival with support from leading Palestinian and Arab filmmakers. It aims to educate and empower Gazan youth, especially women, to tell their own stories and connect with the international film community. A nine‑month Gaza Filmmaking Diploma has begun, with plans for an accredited degree and global partnerships.
