Emergency services recovered the body of an 18-year-old who entered the River Wye in Glasbury, Powys, during a Duke of Edinburgh award expedition. Police say the search involved mountain rescue, fire crews and air support, and the DofE has expressed condolences and said it will support the family and investigate what happened.
