Sergei Bobrovsky has signed a three-year, $21 million contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs after leaving the Florida Panthers. Norris Trophy winner Zach Werenski has reaffirmed his commitment to the Columbus Blue Jackets after a proposed trade to Dallas did not materialize.
