The Minnesota State Colleges System has moved to reallocate up to $25 million annually for four years to financially strained institutions, with two-year colleges bearing the majority of the burden. St. Cloud State University and Bemidji State University would receive about $15 million combined to weather cash‑reserve shortfalls and program cuts while the system debates campuses’ futures.
