Warren Buffett has become chairman emeritus of Berkshire Hathaway and will remain on the board. His son, Howard G. Buffett, has become the company's chairman while Greg Abel continues as CEO. The move completes a long-planned succession that began when Abel took over as CEO earlier this year.
