A hot air balloon carrying 13 people has made an emergency landing in a Temecula backyard due to low fuel and shifting winds. The pilot has exercised skill to ensure no injuries or property damage. Passengers were unaware of the landing until alerted by a neighbor. The balloon was later dismantled nearby.
