British liner that sank on its maiden voyage in 1912
A letter written by Henry Price Hodges, a second-class passenger on the Titanic, has sold for a record £60,000 at a Wiltshire auction. The letter, dated April 10, 1912 and postmarked Queenstown, describes life on board before the disaster that struck four days later.
