CBS Sports has placed former Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo on leave “until further notice.” JJ Watt will join Jim Nantz and Tracy Wolfson as CBS’s lead NFL team during Romo’s absence. Romo faces a Sept. 21 court date after Wisconsin authorities cited an open bottle and impairment at a July 23 stop on I-43.
Former Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has had the case against him amended to include citations for open intoxicants, unsafe passing on the right and first-offense operating while intoxicated.
