Republican Wisconsin governor candidate Tom Tiffany has survived a water-landing incident after his small plane lost power near Wausau. Both Tiffany and the pilot sustained minor injuries, were treated at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, and are continuing to recover. Investigations by the FAA and NTSB are pending.
