Three men face burglary charges connected to a Whaley Bridge incident in Derbyshire. Marcus Smith died after a homeowner discharged a legally held firearm when confronted by intruders. A second man was injured and treated in hospital. The CPS has decided no charges will be brought against the homeowner in relation to Smith’s death.
